This perspective comes from listening to cooks—home cooks and professionals alike—and letting their needs inform how we grow.

Letting Ingredients Be What They Are

Not everything is available all the time—and that’s intentional.

Some mushrooms are seasonal. Foraged goods depend on weather and timing. Microgreens and herbs follow their own rhythms. We believe respecting those cycles leads to better food and fewer compromises.
